TErms and Conditions

Messaging that you are interested in a piece does not secure a hold or sale. To secure a 24 hour hold, a viewing time must be established with Me (Anna). To secure a sale, payment must be made in full via Venmo, Zelle, or cash.

It is the buyers responsibility to check that the measurements are right for their space BEFORE they ask for a hold or purchase the item.

The buyer must pick up their furniture piece within 7 days of payment.

If the buyer is needing delivery, it also must be scheduled within 7 days.

If the buyer does not pickup within the 7 days or communicated pickup time, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction. In this case, I will retain a 15% re-listing fee.

All sales are final.
